My fiance filed a restraining order against me but on the police report it was listed as a non physical event in her statement for the restraining order she said I restained her which was not true I have a hearing to vacate the order what should I do?

Get an attorney go to to the hearing with you to properly challenge the allegations against you. If there was a police report then there may also be criminal charges pending. The hearing is not to vacate the order, it's to see whether the order should be extended.
