When File Default For Failure To Comply Discovery

At what time do I file a default final judgment for defendant's failure to comply w/discovery and failure to participate in litigation; before or after trial? Only response was attorney using 11(a)''deny'' Answer -- I am claiming no lawyer-client relationship.

Your question is not clear. If defendant answered your complaint you have to bring a motion for entry of default. Talk to clerk of court.

You focus on two areas, discovery & something else. I cannot understand where the case is?

What you are complaining that the Defendant should have done, which it failed to do.
