filing a civil lawsuit

I wish to file a civil lawsuit. I have all the paperwork from the court to fill out, but wish to have a lawyer look it over before I submit it to the court, but I do not wish to retain a lawyer at this time. Can I hire a lawyer to ''look over'' this paperwork? Do lawyers do this? I just want to make sure everything is in order.
