Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

My friend, born and raised in Massachusetts, is now a mature adult and spends most of her time in India and returns to Massachusetts sometimes once a year. She plans to eventually return to live in the US some day.

I receive her SS mail for her and let her know by email what has arrived. Recently she applied for and received a MA driver's license using my address as her address.

Are there liability issues for me concerning her using my address for the license?
