Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

My grandmother lives with me she recently suffered a mild stroke, when she was released from the hospital one of her daughters got upset as she had planned on putting my grandmother in a nursing home my grandmother made it very clear she wanted to go home. My aunt said she would sue me, I have not received any notification of a suit but she is now sending threats to me through my mother who is mentally slow. Is there anything I can do to stop the harrassement?

It seems that unless she is in a position of guardianship, the aunt has no standing to sue.
