Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts
Hello,
My ex girlfriend and I shared a house for about 5 years. When I moved out I left some of my property in the house. When I came back for it she had stolen it all and moved it out state. I have receipts to prove ownership.
Should I file a small claims action in the state I live, or in the state she moved to?
