Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Hi

I was caught shop lifting when I was 17. It was from a Sears store. I got a letter in the mail & I started to make the payments. But, then time got rough and I could no longer make payments. Finally, I get finical help, but turns out the I now have a record for misdemeanor theft. I've made my final payment. Now, i wanted to know if & when will this charge be removed off my record. And if there is anything I need to do in order to remove it at ONCE! I am a soon to be college student and I need to get this removed fast other wise I won't be able to find a job
