Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Joint-Ownership of Real Estate (unmarried)

I was in a four year relationship with a my girlfriend and we were about to be married next year, things did not work out. while in this relationship we purchsed a home together with half of the funds coming from each of us. Both of our names are on the deed and mortgage and Equity Line. Im am trying to recover the funds that I paid into the home and also the money that I paid for the engagement ring. What type of law does this fall under and what can be done if she will not agree with buying me out and assuming the loans. She has refused to discuss any issues reguarding the home and has sence changed the locks in the home.
