There are many ways to attempt to enforce a judgment. If you are working, the creditor may be able to 'garnish' your wages. If you own real estate, the creditor may be able to attach it. Any assets that you own might be able to be seized to satisfy the judgment. The creditor can bring a 'supplementary proceeding' against you asking the court to examine your income and assets and to make a payment order - e.g monthly payments. There are limitations to each of these methods and you should consult with an attorney regarding your specific situation.
