Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

My landlord is trying to take me up court for back rent. I'm a single mother of three kids, and employed with two jobs. I would like to set up some type of payment plan, is that possible?

If the two parties can agree on a payment plan, it shouldn't be a problem. You should have the agreement reviewed by an attorney to make sure that you are protected.
