landlord neglegence

landlord was using roach bombs and set building on fire from not reading back of can and making sure gas was shut off i had a lot of stuff damaged and a lot of sentimental stuff damaged that cant be replaced and had to find new apartment is there any thing i can do

You should be able to recover the fair and reasonable value of the tangible things you lost and out of pocket expenses, perhaps something for the emotional trauma of the loss, but not for sentimental losses.
