Thanks for your question. If you would otherwise have been expected to inherit from the estate--such as by virtue of being a child of the decedent--then you might be able to challenge the will on two grounds: (a) the decedent lacked the mental capacity to make the will; or (b) the will was the product of undue influence by someone who benefitted fro
the will. You should contact an attorney to determine your rights more specifically.
