Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

We live in massachusetts I paid my mortgage on a time share in Florida. However, maintenance fees have gone sky high and we can't pay. We tried to rent it /sell it but have not been successful. What happens if we stop paying? What options do we have?

If it is a condo, then the association can file a lien and then move to enforce the lien.

My suggestion, is that you sell it.
