Judge has no time limit
A Mass. judge can take as long as he/she wants to make a decision. What is the name of the judge? (Do not put it on the Net until after the decision: you don't want him/her to learn about it and retaliate against you. Which court, District or Superior? Dist Ct judges don't have clerks who write opinions. SupCt judges do. Some of them have lots of cases and write long opinions. Others write nothing but Allowed or Denied. Some are competent and quick. Others are incompetent and slow. They are like all other people and come in 28 flavors or 57 varieties. Is "your" judge waiting perhaps for a transcript of the hearing?
