Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

lost all forms of identification. everything, except for an expired passport from bolivia where i'm originally from. cant get any ids at the rmv because of a lock they have on me getting any type of id. but to get that unlocked i have to bring all kinds of ids to a place they told me to go to prove my identity, but i dont have any ids to clear that lock what can i do??

I don't know the answer to your question, but you might try contacting the Bolivian Consulate here in the United States. Maybe they can help get you an updated passport. I believe the closest Bolivian Consulate office to Massachusetts is located somewhere in New York. Good luck.
