Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

A mass resident, seller of a travel trailer, delivered it to my best friends property in Maine via a trucking company, I was going to purchase it but the seller description was grossly misstated. So I did not buy it. My friend wants the trailer of his property, as I am not buying it. The owner of the trailer has not sent back the trucking company to remove it. What are my friends remedies?
