neighbor issue

Our neibhbors have 3 old non running cars, a boat with trailer trailer misc trash on the side of the yard facing my house. This eye sore is not allowing us to sell our home as buying are complaining. They have bed sheets for curtains and garage full of junk with a door that is always open. We know we can do somthing about the cars but unclear on what other action we can take. We notice now that I have asked them to clean up hte side they are putting EVERYTHING on our side. Please help

You need to take multiple actions here, in a coordinated process.

First off, you need to get the city government involved. The zoning enforcement officer, health department, etc. may be necessary.

If they cannot or will not assist, you need to file an action in Superior Court. You would seek relief under various theories, but primarily nuisance.

Bed sheets for curtains, however, is not grounds for any kind of action.
