Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Neighbors Video Security System

My neighbor installed a video security system. One camera is overlooking my home and property in close proximity (75'). I do not get along with this neighbor and question his intentions. I have two daughters who's bedroom windows are on that side of my home. What are my rights, if any?

Neighbors Video Security System

As a first step, I would suggest that you may call the police and tell them you are concerned about the possible motives of this person in pointing a camera to the directions where minors have their presence.

You can file for an injunction and possible for an invasion of privacy.
