Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts
i had a paternity test done , my baby father said he got the results saying he is not the father , but he has court coming up becaus eof me and my son . why would he have court if he is not the father ? i dont know about any test results because i havent heard or seen anything myself. i was also wondering if i can request another paternity test or have one done between my son and his other child ?

The court date is scheduled in advance and is where the judge will make a decision based on the DNA test.
