my boyfriend in I live in seperate houses. I helped him do a great deal of work on his on the condition he would help me with school and use his car. he didn't do either. Also I put 5oo.00 in his oil tank that I have the receipt for and I bought the new gas grill that I also have the receipt for. Should I take him to small claims court.
