Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Protecting myself from a small claims case and filing a emotional distress case

Rentor of two rooms in my house moves out without any notice while I am at work. Now wants to come back in to take items she forgot. ?? Bringing police with her...I refused to let her into the house having been given no notice of this visit once again. Police told her she has to go to court. What are her my and my rights.

Secondly, can I file a civil suit for emotional distress over this as this totaly took me by surprise and will have a great affect on me financally. I had to take out a second mortgage and house mate was to help with paying that loan.

She is a vicious and vidictive type, which I did not know, and has lots of money to hire an attorney. I do not. She had sex with my 18 year old son and many of his friends while she was here she is 27 with a masters degree. She caused so much chaos this summer with her excessve drinking and seducing these boys. They liked it !!!!!!! But I want to leave her stunned. Do you get many questions like this?

Hire an attorney(it'll cost you a bundle) and let him handle your getting even.

When did she move out? When did she try to come

get the stuff "she forgot"? When was her last payment of rent (and until what period did it cover?

I heard a story about someone just like this. What town or city are you in?

What is her stuff worth? Do you still have it?
