reposetion of truck

i am the primary on a loan cosigned with me and another party. The other party has taken the truck out of state and registered it in there name. i would like to get the truck back and pay off the loan amount and have registered to my name. do i have to go to court, send a repo man, how do i go about getting the truck back

You should retain an attorney to review the purchase documents and determine who owns title to the vehicle and what title interest you have if any, and how best to approach the "other party" who registered it out of state in their name.
