Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts
In response to Atty Lancia.
If they filed an Appearance the attorneys office would have told me that when I questioned why they were calling me. They would have had to send me a copy of an Appearance, which I have not received. I would like "to spend some money and have it done right". However, l can not do that. I will have to rely on references I can find on the internet and Mass Civil Procedure. T
