Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts
How may I seek legal action against a business that continually fails to refund my money even after the business picked up the merchandise. I continue to get the run around and stories that the transaction has been processed or that they are have computer problems, etc. I even contacted the credit card company and the credit card company has no credit transaction pending. It has been over 30 days and multiple attempts and still no refund.

Sounds like you may have a good claim under the Consumer Protection law (Google "93A" in Massachusetts). You could file a small claim or give the AG's office a call.
