Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

slander ?

I have an issue w/ and lg airlines where an employee is saying I wrote a letter which i did not and signed my fiancee named, he even went as far as to send corp. security into my place of business to get my signiture, this has been going on for a year and i am tire of it the airline keeps brushing it under the rug. do I have anykind of case? this has been brought to management, they went into personel files to get my handwriting without my fiancee consent and without management knowledge.
