Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts
help help...
my son 19 1/2 drove his 21yr old friend to a liquor store and brought beer drove back to the college dorm parking lot with the unopen liquor. he open his car door and a police officer came up to my son and told him he is summons to go to court for minor transporting liquor,21 told them is was his stuff. son is 4.0 avg and will be going to premed never got in trouble and now the officer told him he will always have a record. he is afraid it will ruin his dream of being a surgeon with a record. the cop never gave my son any paper work.
i thought under 18 is a minor. what can i do
