My son was in Gym at school. He did not have

gym cloths for gym that day. His gym Teacher

made him take gym in his street clothes. Bagy

jeans. His shoes got hung in his pants leg

making him fall to the floor. Breaking his leg

in two places. He had to have surgery. and was in

the Hospital for 10 days. Now he is home is cast

for at least 8 weeks. Do we have a case?

Re: Son hurt in gym class....

Sounds pretty good so far. He probably will need tutoring to catch up. You did not mention what grade he is in -- a senior in high school would likely suffer greater academic injury (maybe miss going to college next year, for example).

Please feel free to call me, leave a message if it is over the weekend, and I will call you back. My number is listed under attorneys in the Taunton, Massachusetts phone book. I look forward to talking with you, at no charge. Do not sign anything in the meantime.

Re: Son hurt in gym class....

Thanks for calling me. But please call me again!

I was in Shrewsbury yesterday (Oak St. off Lake) and found I

had some time to spare, but I didn't have your name or number with me

or I'd have called and offered to drop by. I have some more

questions for you.

Re: Son hurt in gym class....

It sounds like you have a good case. You need to see an attorney as soon as possible. In the meantime, do not talk to anyone from the school or insurance comapny and do not sign anything.

I offer a free consultation and a reasonable fee contingent upon how much is recovered for your child.
