Stolen credit cards

2 yrs ago my ex( we were broken up at this time) stole my credit cards and racked up close to $24,000 on them. She has never denied this, and pays the min balance every month. She claims that she can't afford to pay anymore, yet at the same time she has taken vacations, blown $ gambling, ect... This debt is not a priority to her and my patience has run out. What type of lawyer should I consult, who can inform me of my options to get this debt paid up faster, or out of my name?
