Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

trusts & real estate

If my husband is beneficiary to a trust that has come to term(he became of age per the trust), and this existed during our marriage, do I have dowry/marriage rights to his asset? If he does not move forward to sell property and dissolve trust, during marriage, however, unbeknown to me, goes and reassigns the trust assets in other ways to secure his sole claim, do I have any recourse or claim to this dissipation of assets in our marriage?

It sound like his interest became subject as a marital asset. As to whether you have a claim, it depends on the circumstances, and the issue of dissipation is address during divorce, something that you have not stated.
