Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts
Type Your Question Here...an international company is trying to get way more money than its owed. This company for20 years billed us for orders placed over the phone. All costs were included.one day we get a letter saying the state of Massachusetts caught them note paying taxes. The company took money paid for materials and applied them to the taxes they owed the state. Then told us we still owed for the materials. Then told us that they wouldn't sell anymore materials to us unless we entered into a agreement to put my truck up for collateral. Then they wouldn't sell us the materials to work and make payments. They couerced us and threatened us and ultimately forced us to beg and borrow. To get by. We've spent our savings and family members money tovtje point where we can't get by. Now they've said its 30% more owed than docimented., and want to put us in default.
