Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

My underage son was served alcohol and offered drugs at a neighbor's home. He did drink the concoction and became violently ill. He is ok now. What should I do? Should I confront the neighbors?

We don't know enough about the situation from this brief post to advise you. Ultimately, only you know what is best. However, I might suggest a police report could be filed...and, if you incurred substantial medical bills from a hospitalization, a suit could be filed against your neighbor for recovery of those expenses. It would be interesting to see if their homeowners insurance would cover that.
