Can MY wife and i get kicked out of my parents home without 24 hour proor notice?

Im 25 years old, and on disability, i do not have a job i collect SSDI

If you were paying some sort of regular rent, I would make the argument that you are tenant and have certain rights, including notice and the right to an eviction hearing prior to being evicted.
