Will&Living will

Hi I have an attorney, who has been with me for several years, but Im dissatisfied in the things he is saying or thinking..I owe him nothing..Im going to get another attorney..its only a simple will..should I just fire him..or say nothing..Sincerly George E.--name removed-- 05/17/06 7:20pm

Dear Sir, Is the attorney currently working on your will or any other matter? If not, there is no need for you to say anything to him. It is your right to explore other avenues. However if the attorney is working on something for you,you should let him know that you are relieving him of his services, because he is expending his time on your request and may be entitled to some compensation.
