Legal Question in Health Care Law in Massachusetts
My son has brain cancer & has only a few months left. Can he cash in his life insurance for full value now to help with his finances. He has not been able to work since Feb of last year. He lives in Mass & we (his parents & beneficiary) are the in NH.
