Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts
I am 26 years old I came to the U.S. when I was 7yrs old, I am in the process of applying for a green card. The problem is 2yrs ago I was arrested and have a CWOF of attempted larceny above $250 on my record I was put on probation for 6 months then the case was dismissed. Will this prevent me from obtaining a green card.

If your conviction is a crime involving moral turpitude, you might not be able to obtain the green card unless the conviction falls into the exception or a waiver is approved.
We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
