To apply a work-visa as business manager
I am currently holding an F-1 Student visa, studying for a Master degree in Management. An employer would like to employ me as a restaurant manager right away but I do not have a social security number. Also,he suggested that he would like to apply for a work visa for me but he doesn't know how. What type of visa should he apply for me? And what are the documents that I need to submit? Thank you very much.
