Asylum pending-got DV 2007 response

Hi, i have been in--name removed--pending political asylum case since 2003, i lost my trial and now i am waiting for my apeal which i did file within 30 day voluntary departure period that i had....(i believe it is called withholding of removal, i may be wrong in this) i also paid the bond of $500.00 when i lost my trial, i just received the response from DV 2007 that i have been selected. is it possible for my status to be adjusted withouth having to go to my homecountry as there i do fear persecution.

One who is "out of status" is not eligible to adjust status under DV lottery.
