Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

British Green Card Holder

If I marry a British Citizen who has greencard status would I also be entitled to a green card? He is not a US Citizen, his family live in the US and he lives in the UK. My plan is to get married and both of live in the US but am not sure under what terms and conditions I can return.

Re: British Green Card Holder

Unfortunately, you would not be able to obtain a US greencard by marrying another foreign greencard holder. You would need to marry a US citize for that. However, if you would like to let us know more about your status personally, we may be able to legally assist you in obtaining a greencard or extended visa on your own.
