i got my greencard in march 2003 after i went india in september 2003 and i stay in india 11 month.i came back in USA july 2004. after july2004 i am here in usa. my question is when can i applay for my citizenship.thanks

In order to determine whether you qualify to apply for naturalization (citizenship), first, we must know how did you obtain your permanent residence. Was it through employment or marriage? Second, you would need to explain a little further what were the circumstances that made you stay away from the USA for 11 months. Please email me if you would like to discuss further.
