i am getting married soon to a girl from brazil, and would like to know how to begin the process of her becoming a citizen?

What is your status in this country? you may have a few options available to you from the fiance visa to filing for an alien relative petition. Each option has pros and cons so I will need more information such as your status and your timeline preference and if you have met within the last two years etc.

She will not be becoming a citizen, she will be becoming a U.S. Permanent Resident. The process differs depending on whether you are applying from the UNited States or from overseas.
