Correcting Fraud Marriage and Other Conflict By Real Marriage
Suppose one gains access to the country utilizing a fraud marriage. However, the person who one married was divorsed and another spouse was taken. If the new couple has children in addition to shared bank accounts etc., how can the conflict be fixed?
Also, the issue slightly complicates by the fact that during this time, one person shop-lifts, therefore differentiating the opinion of the immigration office.
If the shop-lifting charge has already been paid, yet immigration service does not show any emotion, how can the conflict overall be solved?

I'm sorry, but your question is very hard to understand. Let me answer this way:
Fraud marriage is fraud marriage. There is no fixing it with the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly, INS).
If there is a crime committed by one of the "spouses" that makes the couple look evern worse, and i wouldn't expect any "emotion" from immigration. That's not their job.
Their job is to screen people who meet the criteria and who will make a positive contribution and to screen OUT those who are prone to illegal activity.
