Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

deportation

my appeal to stay(bond of stay) was upheld by the judge decision from the B.I.A(board of immigration administration).what shoild i do?As a political asylee i still have that have that death fear that my political foes are waiting for me.Refusing my appeal the judge sighted the lone reason of incosistency of facts.Therfore sending me back to my country is just like telling me that go to your grave as i watch you. What chances do i have?going to federal court?or reopening a motion to the B.I.A to open my case again?and if so what should be my defence?thanks.

Re: deportation

An immigration attorney would have to review your case file, the transcripts from the proceedings, and the B.I.A. orders to see if there are any further grounds for appeal or motions to reopen your case. Were you previously represented by counsel? If you were not represented at the Immigration Court proceedings or at the B.I.A. level, I suggest you retain a capable immigration attorney as soon as possible, as these matters can be complex and time sensitive. Feel free to contact me in private if you would like to discuss further. Good Luck!
