FI student getting married to PR - Take 2
Thank you for the previous answer. My other question is, if I do get married WITHOUT making a name change, could that jeopardize me getting an H-1B visa next year after I graduate? How do I get around this? My fiance won't be a US citizen until after I start working...

The lack of a name change will not have an effect on the petition.
