i file for my fiance on june 2010 my application was aprove on july 2010 by ins and my fiance went for his interview on oct 2010 and they give him a paper telling him that they want to interview me so i went to the interview on november 2011 and found about a prerious marriage that happened 20 year ago i marriage and man and i file for him but then he met someone and divoced me. so i forget to put it on the perious application about the marriage so it was send back to the usa for review and receiver a letter stating that they receiver my application back on jan 20 /2011 i have been write and i make a infopass application still haven't get any answer about what they doing my approve day was july-nov

This is a difficult situation and based on what you have written I'm not entirely sure what happened. They are probably doing full investigation on your case and suspect marriage fraud due to the previous situation.
