Green card and L1 visa
My husband has US green card and I plan to apply for green card through marriage.
At the same time I am applying for L1 visa. If my L1 visa gets denied, will that effect my green card approval?

Dual intent is allowed for L1 visa holders.
In other words, you may apply for the L1 while your I-130 is pending based on marriage to a US green card holder (although the wait times are quite long for this category).
