H1-H4 visa conversion

Hi,

I would like to know the process of h1-h4 conversion and all the reqd documents i will need for that.My husband is also on h1.Should i also provide my recent paystubs for that.

You will need to provide documentation indicating your current status, maintenance of status (you can use paystubs)and intent to change to a different status.

The paycheck stubs should be submitted to show that whomever is staying in H-1B status has been maintaining their status.
