Hi,

I just reniewd my H1B visa for another 3 years, can I enter reiency program, knowing that my visa will expire before I finish my residency?

You can, however, if you reach your 6 year maximum & do not qualify for the 7th year extension, pursuant to AC21, then you will have to leave the country before your residency is completed. The hospital petitioning you should have an attorney preparing the I-129 petition on its behalf, & that attorney should be discussing this issue with both you & the hospital.
