Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Hi

Myself and my husband is a grrencard holder. My son is USA citizen. I cam to India for vacation , and I havent returned to US since we have some misunderstanding. Later I applies for SB 1 Visa which got rejected. My husband processed I -160 for Immediate relative immg.

Later he cancelled that process by writing to US consulate since he decided to get divorce. But I was totally unaware of his cancellation .

Now he has become US Citizen and settled in India for Past 1 year.

Is there any law which can order my husband to process I 130 for my citizenship irrespective of Divorce case going on In India .

All these days he was claiming US dependants for tax deduction

Hello

If you are a green card holder you do not need your husband in order to apply for citizenship.

Please call me at (646) 430 9384 x101 or (866) 723 7610 toll free. Although I am based in New York, I travel back and forth to Massachusetts regularly which is where I lived and worked for many years.
