You'll want to apply for a K-3 spouse visa, although that will take approximately 7 months to get approved here in the U.S.

If you are already married, you will have to file the I-130 petition for alien relative, and then the petition for the K-3 visa in order for your wife to come sooner to the USA and finish her adjustment of status process in the USA. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. Good luck!
