I am foreign been married for a year with an american citizen. I have not done anything yet in terms of ammigration paper thing. Could I still be deported?

Yes, you may be removed from the US although you would have defenses in immigration court should this happen.
However, it's probably best to file for your lawful permanent residence as soon as possible.
